Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or incorrect upon delivery.

We know that shopping for underwear online can be tricky hence, we’re committed to making things right if there’s ever a genuine issue with your order.

Hygiene Policy

Underwear is a personal garment. To ensure the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept any items that have been tried on, or worn.
Please double-check your size and style before completing your order. Our detailed size guide is provided to help you choose the perfect fit.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • The wrong item,
  • A product that is damaged,

please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order info@shopbonkers.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the product issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement of the same item.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue an exchange of equal value.
Cash refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only approved in cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be provided,
  • Exchange of equal value is not available

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved for a defective or incorrect item, Bonkers will cover return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
Once processed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Final Sale Items

All promotional, discounted, or sale items are strictly final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
